1. Services Provided

MedAscent Advising provides educational consulting services related to Physician Assistant (PA) school admissions, including but not limited to application strategy, personal statement guidance, interview preparation, and general admissions advising.

MedAscent Advising is not affiliated with CASPA, PAEA, or any Physician Assistant program.

2. No Guarantee of Admission

MedAscent Advising does not guarantee admission to PA school or to any specific program. Admissions decisions are made solely by individual institutions. Any references to past success or outcomes reflect historical experiences and do not guarantee future results.

3. Educational Disclaimer

All services provided by MedAscent Advising are for educational and informational purposes only. Our services do not constitute medical, legal, or academic advising from an accredited institution.

Participation in our services does not create a clinician-patient relationship, attorney-client relationship, or any other professional relationship beyond admissions consulting.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our website or services, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and truthful information

- Use our materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes

- Refrain from copying, sharing, reproducing, or distributing proprietary content without written permission

5. Acceptable Use

All payments are due prior to the start of services. Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, refunds are not provided once services have commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Consultation sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited without refund.

7. Session Recording & AI-Assisted Tools

With client consent, MedAscent Advising may record sessions or use AI-assisted tools for note-taking, documentation, or quality improvement purposes. Recordings and notes are treated as confidential and are not shared externally without permission.

8. Confidentiality

MedAscent Advising treats client information and application materials as confidential and does not share personal information without consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, templates, guides, and resources are the intellectual property of MedAscent Advising unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. No Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
